1. Introduction to the Service

ZeroPamine (the "Service") is a focus enhancement timer application based on the Pomodoro Technique. The Service includes:

  • Mobile Application: ZeroPamine app available on iOS and Android platforms
  • Website: Information and customer support via zeropamine.com

The Service is operated by an individual developer, and users may use the Service by agreeing to these Terms.

Key Features

  • Pomodoro timer (focus and break time management)
  • Custom routine settings
  • Session history and statistics
  • Cloud synchronization (when account is created)
  • Multiple visual themes:
    • Free: Coffee, Hourglass
    • Pro: Candle, Battery, Cat, Nyancat (requires ZeroPamine Pro)
    • Special: Campfire, Tree (individual purchase)

2. Acceptance and Modification of Terms

2.1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply from the moment you download, install, access, or use the ZeroPamine Service.

2.2 Modification of Terms

The operator may modify these Terms as necessary, and modified Terms will be announced through:

  • In-app notifications
  • Email notification (for significant changes)
  • Website posting

Modified Terms become effective 7 days after announcement. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you may discontinue using the Service and delete your account.

3. Account and Registration

3.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using the following methods:

  • Email and password
  • Google account
  • Apple account

Basic timer features are available without an account, but cloud synchronization and certain features require an account.

3.2 User Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for keeping your account information secure
  • You may not transfer or share your account with others
  • You must contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account

3.3 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate and current information. Providing false information may result in account suspension or deletion.

4. Use of Service

4.1 Free Features

The following features are available to all users for free:

  • Basic Pomodoro timer
  • Custom routine settings
  • Local session history
  • Theme selection

Advertisements may be displayed to free users.

4.2 Premium Features

ZeroPamine Pro (one-time purchase)

  • Ad-free experience
  • Access to Pro themes: Candle, Battery, Cat, Nyancat

Special Themes (individual purchase)

  • Premium animated themes available for separate purchase
  • Currently available: Campfire, Tree
  • Each theme requires a separate one-time purchase
  • Purchase is linked to your account and synced across devices

4.3 Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Use automated means (bots, scripts, etc.) to misuse the Service
  • Bypass or disable security measures of the Service
  • Unauthorized use of another person's account
  • Use the Service for illegal or harmful purposes
  • Engage in conduct that disrupts normal operation of the Service

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent deletion without prior notice.

5. Payment (ZeroPamine Pro and Special Themes)

5.1 Payment Method

ZeroPamine Pro is a one-time purchase product managed through RevenueCat, with actual payments processed through:

  • iOS: Apple App Store (subject to Apple's in-app purchase policies)
  • Android: Google Play Store (subject to Google's in-app purchase policies)

5.2 Lifetime Access

  • ZeroPamine Pro provides lifetime access with a single purchase
  • There is no auto-renewal or recurring payment
  • Once purchased, it is permanently applied to your account

5.3 Pricing and Payment

  • Product prices are available within the app
  • Prices may vary by country and currency
  • Payment is charged to your App Store or Play Store account upon purchase confirmation
  • Price changes do not affect existing purchasers

5.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to Apple and Google's refund policies:

  • iOS: Apple App Store Refund Policy
  • Android: Google Play Store Refund Policy

Refund requests must be made through the respective platform (App Store or Play Store).

This policy applies to both ZeroPamine Pro and special theme purchases.

5.5 Restore Purchase

  • You can restore previous purchases through the "Restore Purchase" feature when changing devices or reinstalling
  • Only possible when logged in with the same Apple ID or Google account
  • Purchases cannot be transferred between accounts

5.6 Special Theme Purchase

Purchase Method

  • Special themes (Campfire, Tree, etc.) are sold as individual one-time purchases
  • Each theme must be purchased separately
  • Purchases are managed through RevenueCat

Pricing

  • Each special theme has its own price
  • Prices are displayed within the app
  • Prices may vary by country and currency

Account Linking

  • Special theme purchases are linked to your Firebase account
  • Purchases sync across all devices using the same account
  • Purchases cannot be transferred between different accounts

Restore Purchase

  • Use "Restore Purchases" to restore special themes on new devices
  • Must be logged in with the same Firebase account
  • Note: RevenueCat restore behavior is set to "Block" to prevent abuse

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Ownership of Service

All intellectual property rights in the ZeroPamine Service, including all content, design, source code, graphics, logos, interfaces, and other materials, belong to the operator or legitimate rights holders.

6.2 User License

The operator grants you a limited, revocable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license is:

  • Non-transferable
  • Non-exclusive
  • Valid only while you comply with these Terms

6.3 User-Generated Content

Data created by you (routine settings, session notes, etc.) belongs to you, but you grant the operator permission to store, process, and transmit such data to the extent necessary to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 Service Provision

The Service is provided "as is." The operator does not warrant:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free service provision
  • That the Service will meet your specific requirements
  • The accuracy or reliability of results obtained through the Service

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
  • The operator is not liable for data loss, loss of productivity, loss of profits, etc.
  • The operator's liability is limited to the subscription fees paid by you (if any)

7.3 Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party services including Firebase, RevenueCat, Google, and Apple. The operator is not responsible for errors, interruptions, security breaches, or other issues with third-party services.

8. Service Interruption and Modification

8.1 Right to Modify Service

The operator may, without prior notice:

  • Modify, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Service
  • Add new features or remove existing features
  • Change service terms and conditions

8.2 Maintenance

The Service may be temporarily interrupted for regular maintenance, and we will provide advance notice when possible.

9. Account Termination

9.1 Termination by User

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. Upon account deletion:

  • All personal data will be deleted
  • Deleted data cannot be recovered
  • If you have an active subscription, you must separately cancel it through the platform (App Store/Play Store)

9.2 Termination by Operator

The operator may suspend or delete your account in the following cases:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Illegal activity or misuse
  • Extended period of inactivity (more than 1 year)

We will provide advance notice when possible, but may take immediate action in urgent cases.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

Disputes related to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved as follows:

  1. First, attempt resolution through consultation with the operator
  2. If consultation fails, resolution through the competent courts of the Republic of Korea
